Beschrijving:

In this role within the wholesale market facing team you are responsible for hedging all short term gas positions. Including balancing, nomination, intra month and intraday. Optimizing the purchase price for all sold contracts.

PROFILE

Higher professional education/University degree in economics, business economics or similar.

0-10 years of experience in an energy company trading/portfolio management or pricing.

English speaker/writer and Dutch or French

Researching and investigating.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Finding the most cost effective way to procure sales volume in the wholesale market within our risk limits with the creation of a hedge strategy.

Lower cusomer's balancing and imbalance costs and outperform the risk premium.

Create and execute optimization strategies on our position for short term products.

Growing our MtM value in gas and power for short term positions.

Tracking and explaining performance and MtM impacts.

Executing short term trades for power and gas according to the determine hedge strategy.

Functie eisen:

HBO opleidng richting bijvoorbeeld Bedrijfsadministratie aangevuld met Praktijkdiploma loonadministratie en/of Vakopleiding Payroll Service.

-minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie
-Ruime ervaring met salaris systemen
-Uitstekende kennis van wet- en regelgeving
-Uitstekende beheersing van Microsoft Office
-Kennis van de Nederlandse taal is een must
-Fulltime dienstverband
